Moroccan Ambassador El Houcine Fardani, on behalf of the foreign diplomats, congratulated Vietnam on successfully deploying a series of socio-economic development projects to become one of the economies registering the highest growth rate in the world. These achievements have helped Vietnam strengthen the international community’s trust, the ambassador said, stressing that the country has played an active role in both the regional and international arenas.
