Enrique Iglesias: “I want to perform in Vietnam”

Hanoi Times - Music star Enrique Iglesias, who is to sing EURO 2008’s official song entitled “Can you Hear Me” at the Final which takes place during the early morning of June 30th (Vietnam time), said that he wanted to come to Vietnam because he had gotten acquainted with a kind-hearted and charming Vietnamese girl

Enrique said that he knew Vietnam is a developing Asian country with a beautiful landscape and that he used to see images of friendly and joyful Vietnamese people in the newspapers. That is why he would like to perform or travel in Vietnam.
About the song “Can you Hear Me”, which Enrique composed, he said the song was for any football supporters in the stadium or anywhere watching the matches. It was about a special moment that o­ne felt free, and there were no barriers or limitations due to worries in life. It would make you want to join in a happy festival. It felt like when the match started.
